Awards Guidelines

When selecting delegates for awards, chairs will use the following criteria:

Position Papers:

-Delegate must have submitted a position paper

-Position paper demonstrated the delegate's knowledge in the subject

-Position paper clearly illustrated the delegate's position and ideas


-Delegate actively participated and listened well to other delegates

-Delegate was respectful of other people in the committee


-Delegate's speeches were well delivered and well informed

-Delegate actively addressed and proposed solutions to current crises


-Delegate was engaged in writing directives and collaborating with others

-Delegate showed good leadership and collaboration skills

Crisis activity:

-Delegate was communicating with crisis to supplement their front room work
