Awards Guidelines

Due to the new format of the conference, the awards given this year will differ from those in prior years.

When selecting delegates for awards, chairs will use the following criteria:

Position Papers

-Delegate submitted a position paper -- they are mandatory for awards!

- The position paper guidelines have been edited, so please refer to those when writing

-The position paper was well researched and demonstrated a good grasp on the topic


-Delegate actively participated and listened well to other delegates

-Delegate was respectful of other people and staff in the committee


-Delegate's speeches were well delivered and well informed


-Delegate was engaged in writing directives and collaborating with others

-Delegate showed leadership and collaboration skills

Crisis activity

-Delegate was actively engaged with crisis
