Covid Safety Policies

We understand that the Covid situation in our area is perpetually in flux, however we anticipate being able to hold an in-person conference. In order to achieve that, we are instituting the following policies:

All delegates, staffers, and advisors:

• • • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and adhering to contemporary New York and Federal government guidance on booster shots.

    • Must complete a general medical waiver covering the entire conference.

    • Must complete a standard medical screening for each day of the conference.

    • Must remain masked anytime they are inside a Saint Ann's building when not actively eating or drinking as allowed by contemporary school policies.

The above should be considered minimum requirements and advisors should be cautioned that there may be further safety requirements announced at a later time. This page will be updated as needed and registered schools will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
